 my project for the kete is a flower that collects rainwater to tell you how much water dropped when it rains. it will have a 1 litre connected to the bottom of the flower it will be marked with millilitres to show you how much it rained that day

 being able to be confident when public speaking is an important life skill 

I agree with this statement because being able to speak in public is a huge life skill when you need it in life.

the evidence I can give is that 1/10 people that can speak in public are most likely to have a successful career in life.

 Matariki (Maori new year) should not be a public holiday because we have too many public holidays in a year and another one would be too much. There are 11 public holidays in a year 12 would be too many.
